Powers on, Rotor spins but stops and reads unbalanced.  Rotor has loss of metal issue on rim edge.  I did not
test drainage function or carousel slide staining.  I am selling this AS-IS for the parts cost of Rotor.  Cosmetic
ISSUE:  6 inch crack in plastic in front of the containers and towards front. Pictured.
