US House of Representatives Pickard Bowl Marilyn Lloyd Democrat TN Chattanooga

For sale is this beautiful, hand decorated Pickard China bowl with the USA House of Representatives' seal (in gold) in the center.  The bowl is trimmed in gold.
On the back of the bowl is a piece of paper with the handwritten message "August 1978 With love and appreciation to a beautiful lady!' Signed by Marilyn Lloyd.
Marilyn Lloyd, a beloved figure in Chattanooga, was the first woman ever elected to Congress from Tennessee for a full term.   She represented Tennessee's 3rd District for 20 years.
Size:  approx. 10" x 2".
This lovely bowl is in immaculate condition -- it may have been a display piece.  There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
