Congressional Record Vol. 112 No. 54 Speech of Hon. Thomas M. Pelly + Cover 1966

U.S. House of Representatives / Public Document / Official Business cover signed by Rep. Thomas M. Pelly and two copies of the Congressional Record Vol. 112, No. 54 from March 29, 1966.
The documents are a speech by Rep. Pelly on President Johnson's proposed Second Supplemental Appropriation Bill, 1966.
Documents and cover are in excellent condition for age: cover shows some minor creases and soiling, no tears. Documents are near-pristine with only a tiny crease at their upper left corners.
These are as found in my Father's WWII-era foot locker; apparently he stored in it many things important to him through out his life.
Rep. Pelly (1902-1973) was a 10-term Republican U.S. Representative from Washington State's 1st Congressional District. He served from 1953-1973.
Item is protected in a plastic sleeve and will be sent with cardboard protectors to prevent bending in a bubble mailer.
